How much should I take and when?
We have designed The Blend to be taken once a day , as an "all-in-one" blend, simple and effective. A single dose of 5 g (1 tablespoon) in the morning will help you throughout the day .
However, some people prefer to take the same dose divided into two (morning and afternoon).
You can mix it with almost anything : water, juice, smoothie, protein shake, whatever you want!
Is there a teaspoon in the bag?
Yes, each bag of the mix comes with its own 5g teaspoon so you don't have to worry about saving the one from your previous order :)
Where do you manufacture?
We develop and manufacture The Mix together with our industrial partner located in Seville.
Where are you based?
We have started our adventure in Madrid. For a year and a half, we have developed Pepe Mate together with the Madrid Food Innovation Hub, a public center for entrepreneurship in food innovation.
Since July 2023, we have moved to Barcelona.
