How much should I take and when?
We have designed The Blend to be taken once a day , as an "all-in-one" blend, simple and effective. A single dose of 5 g (1 tablespoon) in the morning will help you throughout the day .
However, some people prefer to take the same dose divided into two (morning and afternoon).
You can mix it with almost anything : water, juice, smoothie, protein shake, whatever you want!
Is there a teaspoon in the bag?
Yes, each bag of the mix comes with its own 5g teaspoon so you don't have to worry about saving the one from your previous order :)

We develop and manufacture The Mix together with our industrial partner located in Seville.

My package has not arrived / My package is badly damaged, what should I do?
I'm sorry you had an unfortunate experience. Send us an email with photos and all the details to yo@pepemate.com and we will do everything we can to fix everything.
Can I cancel my order?
Please, if you want to cancel your order, send us an email as soon as possible to yo@pepemate.com
If the package has already been sent, unfortunately, we cannot do anything.
However, if your package is still in our hands, we will make sure not to ship it. And we will return the money to you <3
